Responsibilities
Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of projects within a set budget and schedule
Project Kick-Off: Work closely with stakeholders, facilitate business and functional requirements definition, translate project goals, the scope of work, budget, timeline, and prioritize requirements
Proactive Project Planning: Produce a detailed delivery schedule by facilitating the team to plan out more detailed design and development cycles; identify key dates that require client interactions and meetings
Project Administration: Ensure all project documentation is created, reviewed, and maintained to standards. Prepare reports for clients and management regarding the status of projects and address issues/concerns when appropriate
Communication: Maintain proper communication level through all required channels
Risk Management: Proactively identify roadblocks and risks, and take the initiative to facilitate solutions
Budget Management: Maintain project budget by setting expectations with team and 3rd party company on budget availability, raise your hand when the budget is at risk and proactively propose the next steps to manage budget risk
Task Management: Ensure that the team understands the tasks associated with the project, when they need to be accomplished, level of effort and set task priority

Responsibilities
2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Knowledge of project management methodologies and project management tools
Metrics driven approach to measuring success of projects
Effective communication with executive management
Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent Lithuanian and English
Large scale IT projects management experience is an advantage
Project management certificate is an advantage

Gross salary starting at 2600-4000 EUR/month (salary offer depends on candidate‘s professional experience, knowledge and competencies)
