What you will do:
- Create well-defined hypotheses and analyze customers’ tendencies to better understand our users and find improvement opportunities;
- Collaborate with business users to determine business needs and how to meet them;
- Design and develop data transformations to create effective data models;
- Groom business requirements and develop ETL/ELT processes;
- Perform ad-hoc analyses.
What we expect:
- At least 3 years experience in an analytical / data developer role;
- Good SQL knowledge;
- At least basic skills in Python language;
- Experience working with some of the various data analysis and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Grafana);
- Ability to creatively approach difficult questions, and come up with proxies when direct analysis is unavailable;
- Not being afraid of grooming tasks on your own or together with a team, asking thoughtful questions.
