Laytime & Operations Manager

• Supporting shipments from the point of fixture until completion of the voyage, providing regular and timely updates/support to other departments, loading terminals and overseas offices;
• Executing laytime calculations;
• Managing Freight Invoices and Demurrage/Despatch Settlements;
• Producing regular internal reports and maintaining records in company’s ERP management system.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in shipping industry (diploma/professional certificate will be an advantage);
• Ability to work in team, prioritise daily workload effectively and simultaneously manage multiple tasks;
• Strong attention to details;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in Russian and English, spoken and written.
