Partner Manager

The Partner Manager role at Omnisend is a crucial part of our merchant’s success. This role contributes meaningfully to sales, marketing, and product team success. You’ll use all of your skills and knowledge to forge a merchant focused partner portfolio that facilitates both merchant and partner growth and brings value to all parties.
Additional information
What you'll bring:
- 1+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Consulting, or another client-facing role, preferably in a similar role at a startup with SaaS-based solutions in eCommerce. Martech experience is a bonus;
- Deep understanding of value exchange with partnerships as it relates to a SaaS business model;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other departments to build relationships and best serve the customer;
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;
- Experience with Hubspot CRM, Google suite, Slack and other related technologies.

- Snapshot of your impact, by the 3-month mark:
- Complete Omnisends new-hire onboarding and job-specific training for the Partnership manager role;
- Gain clarity on expectations of your role and understand Best-Self Management;
- Identify needs for your TEAM and ROLE and build out your OKRs for the quarter;
- Start building the foundation of strong relationships with Omnisend teammates. This includes traveling to the EU and Vilnius, Lithuania;
- Begin building relationships with new partners within your defined region;
- Understand and document success criteria and strategic priorities for each partner with customized mutual success plans.
