LEARN ESSENTIALS
The tailor-made training programme crafted by talent acquisition team for academy participants includes 5 fundamental topics of talent attraction – sourcing, recruitment stages, stakeholder management, IT principles & career prospects in HR.
GET PERSONAL MENTOR
Unique to this type of academies, every single participant will receive a personal mentor – experienced talent acquisition specialist that will provide support, answer questions & get you ready for your next big step in IT recruitment.
TRY HANDS ON RECRUITMENT
The brightest stars of the Talent CrunchLab will be offered paid internship opportunities at one of the largest recruitment hubs in the country at Telia Global Services Lithuania.

Best of the best academy students will become an invaluable members of talent acquisition community and will work with international projects at the most advanced competency hubs in Lithuania.
Requirements For Participants:
- At least B2 English language proficiency
- At least 2 years of Bachelor's degree finished (preferably in HR, psychology, business management, etc.)
- At least 2-3 hours per day to devote to development courses
- Can-do attitude and motivation to propell your career to a new height
Program coordinators will assess and select all candidates via personality tests, motivational letters and fields of interest.
HOW IS IT GOING TO WORK?
Application 19th of January – 18th of February
Apply by filling the form and writing a motivational letter – most aspiring candidates will be selected to continue the Talent CrunchLab journey.
Training 28th of February – 25th of March
Participants are taking part in development program at a pace of 2-3 hours per day which concludes with final project that students prepare and present the assignment.
Internship 4th of April – 6th of July
The brightests stars of the academy are offered paid internship opportunity which involves hands-on sourcing, recruitment and working hand-in-hand with talent acquisition team.
Offer 6th of July
Best students of the whole program are offered full-time jobs as Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialists at Telia Global Services Lithuania.
