Sales Operations Specialist

I am Greta Požaricka and I am leading Sales Operations unit within Telia Global Services Lithuania that is dedicated for Cygate, a subsidiary to Telia Company. We have an exciting position for Sales Operations Specialist in Telia Global Services Lithuania.

Telia Global Services Lithuania is the first and sole Telia Company competency hub providing IT, Telco Networks, Analytics, Software Development, Procurement, HR, Finance Operations, and numerous other services to the group across Nordics and Baltics. Our specialists work with next-generation technologies, to ensure company's digital ecosystem development across Nordics and Baltics.

Cygate SE is a member of the Telia Group. We have 650 staff in 20 locations in Sweden who work closely with our clients and create solutions for a wide range of organizations, including banks, retailers, municipalities, county councils, the media, state-owned companies and public agencies, as well as manufacturing companies. At Cygate we possess in-depth technical knowledge of secure IT Infrastructure and create customized long-term solutions by improving hardware and software from the leading suppliers on the market.

Your next challenge?

This is a job that calls for someone who understands and is willing to expand his/her knowledge in processes of purchase, procurement, sourcing and billing. You are going to handle orders for our customers and suppliers within networking, security and Hybrid-IT/Cloud areas, perform order controls, monitor deliveries, post supplier invoices and maintain close collaboration with Cygate Sales community.

Your daily tasks will be:

• Working in the daily existing processes within Order Management
• Support all standard activities within the Order to Pay process
• Handle orders from our Company's internal purchasing platforms and other sources i.e. from Telia sales teams or directly from customers, from errands or tasks in ServiceNow
• Manage orders for both Swedish and international suppliers
• Post invoices from suppliers and initiate customer billing
• Monitor different deliveries
• Work in finance and invoicing systems
• Frequently adapt and change way of working in our systems in order to reach our vision of "non touch transactions"

Your experience:

• Experience working in international environment
• Good skills working with Microsoft Software package (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
• Documented experience from purchase, procurement, sourcing, accounting or billing as well as understanding the main processes within this field of business
• Familiar with handling and working with numbers and reporting
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
