YOUR TASKS
In the Business Division Electronics in Kaunas, you will provide administrative and organizational support for the "HELLA Lithuania" Administration department team.

You will organize business trips, events and meetings with internal and external business partners and prepare the necessary documents;
You will communicate in the global HELLA network as well as with local departments;
You will also monitor the e-mail inbox, organize incoming information and distribute this information according to responsibility and priority;
You will create and update graphics, reports, presentations and lectures (in English) according to keywords;
You will manage other tasks and needs of Team in respect with your knowledge and experience.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Successfully completed commercial vocational training;
Work experience in a comparable role at least 1 year;
Great communication, organization skills; wilingness to support;
Confidence in using the current Microsoft Office programs, Outlook calendar, SAP system knowledge is an advantage;
Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian.

Base Salary
From 1350 to 1500 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
