Job Description



Lithuanian Railways is running one of the biggest transformation programs in Lithuania.

Over past 2 years we successfully adopted Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and built up one of the most modern IT workplace in Lithuania. You may have heard about very passionate team called #ModerniKomanda who is there to support you.

Now we want to stay ahead of the wave and always provide our customers latest and greatest. Huge part of it is feeling the pulse, communicating, and working with users. We are looking for new team member who will be doing exactly that. This is brand new position in team so you will have a chance to create/develop/change it along the way. You will not be left alone – be part of the team and create results together. This position is made to grow – it’s next level in technology adoption – get experience while it’s fresh.

Select and communicate new features of MS365
Analytics – use data to help make informed decisions
Increase usage of MS365 by helping users
Reporting – get data and help management make decisions
Create new employee information package about MS365
Organize MS365 training
Collaborate with other teams

Motivation – not only you will be able to learn and do, but we want you to want to do it
Interest in people – you must be passionate about making user life’s better
Common sense – because common sense is not so common
Be brave to communicate – you will have to do it a lot, so need to enjoy it
Eager to learn – we do not expect you to know a lot, but we expect you to learn a lot
Fluent English – most of learning material and documentation will be in English and you will need to present it in Lithuanian

Future career – this is new position in our organization, so you will be able to shape it as we go. Also, it’s fresh in market so you will gain a perspective experience.
