Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to coordinate the office and help create a welcoming, safe and fun work environment for our employees. The office of roughly of 350 Western Union Business Solutions employees. This may include supervising office and reception staff. You may also make visiting arrangements for corporate management and guests. You'll make a difference by planning and coordinating employee engagement events.
For such a pivotal role, you'll be degree educated and possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and executive presence. You'll have intermediate knowledge of MS office programs. As an organized person, you'll be able to easily prioritize tasks and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive matters. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable. Also, you will be assisting site leader.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. Annual base salary gross: 21,410 – 39,670 EUR. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
