Factoring Product Manager is a critical role for Luminor’s success to drive product development agenda and achieve a competitive offering in the market. This role holds full end to end responsibility for an assigned product domain also drives implementation of the best practices for product development in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and owning factoring product domain vision and roadmap. Meaning from work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs until develop product domain roadmap via transparent prioritization and stakeholder engagement
- Define, implement and thrive to optimize underlying processes and procedures
- Leading the product development. Definig product investment needs, lead cross-functional teams/projects to deliver according a decided roadmap and Secure all necessary product support artifacts are in place
Skills and experience:
- Good understanding & knowledge of Corporate Business and Factoring product
- Previous experience of product delivery and management, preferably in banking or finance industries
- Deep knowledge about product development
- Experience working with data (product statics and analytics; results of A/B tests)
- Innovation mindset
- Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Higher education preferably in Banking, Finance, Information Technology or related field
- Professional proficiency in English and advanced proficiency in local language
