Your Mission:
As Community/PR Manager Lithuania you will be driving 5 mega brands (L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, Nyx Professional Makeup and Mixa) PR and social engagement & advocacy in the country by defining and implementing country PR, Social and Influencers activities yearly plan.

Responsibilities are mainly:

• Lead plan preparation and execution of influencer, PR marketing strategies and creative campaigns, in line with country priorities; 
• Ensure qualitative local execution of Mega brands equity campaigns; 
• Map brands related influencers/key opinion leader/spokespersons. Build trust & proximity with local faces/influencers in line with brands equity goals, build local communities; 
• Lead the negotiation and contracting of influencers; 
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media touchpoints (incl. Influencers) and PR stakeholders; 
• Monitoring social media using L'Oréal internal tools; 
• Analize Influencers Marketing activations results and provide recomendations; 
• Implement ROI approach in Advocacy (Influencers) area; 
• Enrich sales activation campaigns with social media content; 
• Lead internal country L'Oréal company activities; 
• Ensure development of community/ social media expertise and know-how in country’s team.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years previous experience in digital, marketing positions with proven track record; 
• Strong project management and communication skills; 
• Interest in social media, influencers‘ marketing; 
• Fluent Lithuanian & English language.
