Our team consists of 400 hardworking pandas who create content for 125 million followers on more than 100 social media channels. Bored Panda was named #1 Facebook page in 2017.

Now we are seeking a passionate and motivated Editor to join our panda office in Vilnius! You will be working with a team of journalists and photo editors with a mission to create the most engaging and viral stories on the Internet.

Responsibilities:
- Making sure our stories are engaging, easy to read, and shareable;
- Combining your creativity and analytic skills to come up with the catchiest article headlines;
- Brainstorming ideas for irresistible Facebook cover images;
- A/B testing multiple headlines and Facebook covers to find the best performing combination;
- Researching each story to ensure that they're comprehensive and factually correct;
- Closely cooperating with other team members (writers, photo editors, etc.) and ensuring the best quality is reached and the deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- A native-level English speaker;
- Good writing skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Multitasking and time management control;
- Passion for social media and social issues (Reddit, Imgur, etc);
- Photoshop skills will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in similar position or marketing/advertising agencies (advantage);
- Curious and active personality.
