Software Engineer (Java developer – International Branches)

Our DevOps team is looking for an experienced Java professional to share the journey of creating software for Swedbank’s international branches in New York, Shanghai and Helsinki.

The position is based in Tallinn. However, since the team is international, English is our daily working language.

What is needed in this role:

• Strong Java programming skills;
• 4+ years of practical experience;
• Experience with modern web-development frameworks and languages;
• Working knowledge of relational databases and networking protocols (TCP, HTTP);
• Good understanding of information security practices;
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across international and functional borders.
