Job description
• Performs day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, reconciliation and reporting tasks following global procedures.
• Post and allocate incoming payments correctly and in a timely manner. Investigate unallocated payments.
• Create internal billing invoices accurately within the agreed deadline and reconcile intercompany transactions during month-end closing.
• Review deliverables prepared by other finance colleagues
• Train and educate new and existing finance colleagues (incl. other functions)
Requirements
• Ongoing or finished studies in finance, mathematics, statistics (or related discipline), optional
• Relevant and/or similar work experience within the accounting field (minimum 1 year)
• Willingness to learn and strive for improvements
• Analytical mindset with solution-oriented problem-solving skills
• Co-operation skills in cross-cultural organization
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are an asset
