Job description
• Oversee and process day-to-day Accounts receivable activities, reconciliation and reporting tasks following global procedures.
• Investigate unallocated payments. Review clearing interim account.
• Review completeness of external/internal invoicing within the agreed deadline, ensure intercompany balances reconciled during month-end closing
• Actively participates in internal and external audit procedures, resolves all audit requests within the agreed timeline
• Review deliverables prepared by other finance colleagues
• Lead complex finance issues resolutions, provide advice to the business
• Train and educate new and existing finance colleagues (incl. other functions)
• Proceed as a subject-matter expert and/or key user for ERP system
Requirements
• Ongoing or finished studies in finance, mathematics, statistics (or related discipline), optional
• Relevant and/or similar work experience within the accounting field (minimum 2-4 years)
• Challenge existing processes and seek for continuous improvement Strong accountability
• Analytical mindset with solution-oriented problem-solving skills
• Co-operation skills in cross-cultural organization
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are an asset
