Responsibilities:

• To lead Security Services Unit
• To manage IT security transformation and outsourcing of IT security services
• To manage IT security services – SOC, Vulnerability Management, Data Leakage Prevention, etc
• To manage service level agreement with IT security services provider
• To act as key subject matter expert for IT security services related questions within organization
• To be authority in building, executing and leading IT security services initiatives
• To contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example
• To take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
  

Additionally:

Lead Security Services Unit, own service-level agreement and manage IT security service provider (MSSP). Responsible for the overall strategic direction of IT security services function. Provide leadership direction and subject matter expertise on all aspects of IT security services.

Skills and experience:

• IT security proficient knowledge
• Strong IT process management 
• 3 + years of people management and leadership experience 
• Result oriented
• Strong team player
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Innovation mindset
• Initiative, thoroughness, accuracy, and accountability
• Stakeholder management skills
• CISM / CISA licenses (preferable)
• Higher education in Computer science or Cybersecurity would be an advantage
• Proficiency in English language
