Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and run prioritization sessions with key counterparties with regards to delivery pipeline
  • Act as a first point of contact to leadership regarding existing and new deliveries
  • Guide organization through the change initiation and governance process
  • Report and track on the status of IT delivery portfolio initiatives and main portfolio RAID, budget status
  • Escalate to key counterparties about the possible risks & impediments in the IT delivery portfolio
  • Control and track IT deliveries quality and compliance against the existing processes
  • Proactively engage project managers to progress with the project through the phases on time
  • Support program with integrated planning and re-planning activities
  • Control, foresee and communicate IT delivery portfolio budget
  • Act as the process manager, oversee adherence to the process, identify areas for improvement, including tools in use
  • Establishes, calculates, monitors and reports KPIs for the area


Additionally:

This is a replacement for a person on maternity leave, therefore a temporary contract applies.


Skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of project management skills
  • Atlasian tools experience
  • Strong business process management understanding
  • Strong relationship building capabilities towards business areas, partners and suppliers
  • High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and a commitment to best practices
  •  Innovation mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Higher education in Business Management, Finance or related field is preferred
  • Problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to change
