Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

In this role, you will be responsible for coordination, localization and scaling of lifecycle customer communication journeys through direct communication channels. You will assist in the tracking and evaluation of journeys/triggers. Will manage multiple complex priorities, projects and stakeholders. In addition, you will drive segmentation analysis and will provide reports for use of it in creating targeted communication with customers, resulting in increased service usage frequency and customer retention. You will generate/present ideas for testing, drive experiments, analyze results, generate suggestions for successful communication integration to the customer lifecycle.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field

  • 3 years of experience in Digital content or campaign development and implementation (web/ app)

  • Strong knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM) campaign optimization and performance measurement techniques

  • Experience with Marketing Automation would be a great advantage

  • Knowledge of the digital UX/ UI best practices as well as basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript

  • Experience in working with web analytics tools and running A/B testing

  • The ability to interpret data commercially and manage complex cross-functional projects

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Solid verbal, written and visual communication skills

The annual gross base salary range is 21,409 – 39,669 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
