Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys (email, SMS, web, app) via CRM/Marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Braze) globally. Your day-to-day activities will include building customer segments (based on defined criteria), setting up, testing, quality assurance of the campaigns in the platforms, working closely with tdata analytics team on campaign measurement and contributing to campaign success by promoting best practices with regional stakeholders.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building/executing marketing campaigns (email/ SMS/ app/web)

  • Being technology orientated and capable to work with multiple MarTech tools

  • A SFMC Email Specialist Certificate is required

  • Knowledge of HTML/SQL (preferably intermediate/advanced)

  • Strong knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM) campaign optimization and performance measurement techniques

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • Customer-centric thinking

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Excellent MS Excel skills

The annual gross base salary range is 21,409 – 39,669 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
