Financial Crime Prevention has a high priority in Danske Bank, and we are looking for Project Manager in Continuous Development Unit in Sanctions and PEP Screening area to support driving financial crime plan activities. In this position, you will apply your project management, leadership, operational process improvement, service and performance management skills, and best practices to ensure successful continuous development while driving timeline sensitive projects in compliance area.

You will:
- Manage projects and initiatives from scoping to implementation
- Ensure project deliverables conform to strategy directions and create measurable benefits for Sanctions and PEP Screening area
- Navigate in a large organization with several stakeholders of all seniority levels within the bank. Create positive relations is instrumental in achieving goals in this job
- Continuous improvement assurance
About you:
- Experience in project management and/or process excellence, process development
- Good communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to foresee in long term
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Taking up responsibility in solving problems
- Experience working with Jira
- Skills in setting priorities, willingness to actively take ownership and drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
- Structured mindset, critical thinking, and process curiosity
- Proactiveness, result-orientation, motivation and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in an uncertain environment shaping project direction and scope, and to see a holistic view
- Experience in Transaction, Customer Sanctions and PEP Screening area or proven compliance knowledge would be an advantage
- Certification or experience within Prince2, PMP, IPMA or other
- CAMS/CGSS/ICA/CFCS certifications would be an advantage
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
