Our subsidiary - a global air charter service company Chapman Freeborn is searching for a Senior Talent acquisition Partner who can take responsibility of leading international recruitment projects world-wide, while working from the center of excellence in Vilnius. 

With almost 50 years of experience, the Chapman Freeborn group provides a diverse range of aviation-related services on a global basis. Whether it’s arranging the delivery of oil equipment to a remote location, organizing flights for a professional sports team, or booking private jets to an island resort, the sky’s the limit when it comes to the charter business.

Responsibilities:

• Leading recruitment process, related to different aviation positions within the entire Chapman group. 
• Coordination and continuous improvement of full cycle recruitment process;
• Proactive investigation of new ideas on innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies;
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers and deep understanding of hiring needs in the respective areas;
• Maintenance of internal and external candidate pool by ensuring the best possible candidate experience and creating professional relationships;
• Support for colleagues in other HR related processes.

We expect candidate to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitments for wide-range positions;
• Stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Excellent usage of written and spoken English language, Lithuanina language skils are as an advantage;
• People person, with high emotional intelligence and openness to experience;
• Hands-on experience in recruitment analytics would be considered as an advantage.
