We are looking for you to join our global team in Group Cash Services. Our team is responsible for handling cash flow through ATMs and Night Safe Deposits in Denmark.
We are a team of +10 employees situated in DK and LT. We are working towards creating a more robust team to ensure that our tasks are known and can be handled by more team members. This means that close collaboration between DK and LT colleagues daily is fundamental.
We are looking for someone willing to learn and with a motivated and proven can-do attitude. Experience in operations or project work would be considered a pros.
Language bonus is applicable.

You will:
- Collaborate with global team members, vendors, and customers
- Handle various tasks within cash transactions, night safe deposits and, ATMs
- Participate in the creation of a global and well-functioning process flow
- Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
About you:
- Danish language knowledge (minimum B2 level)
- Advanced English language skills
- Higher education
- Proactive approach when addressing issues and proposing solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude and keen to contribute to an engaging working environment
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
