Area

As part of our transformation efforts in how we organize ourselves to provide the top notch customer experience, we are looking for an experienced team leader who will play an essential role in building and running the new client management set-up. You will be responsible for hiring and leading the team of at least 10 as well as facilitating training, standardizing procedures, owning day-to-day customer relationship with our largest Swedish clients, and building network with key stakeholders of various seniority levels within the bank. All that to become known by your first name to our largest customers.

The newly established team will be responsible for directly supporting Swedish corporate and institutional customers of Danske Bank group.

Your team will be responsible for client management related with wide array of business banking products. The team’s focus will be actual work with customers’ needs for bank products and services. The team will concentrate on customer support, communication, and problem solving. As part of a client teams, they will work together with colleagues located in Nordic countries. The team will be in direct contact with the clients, offering first class support on cash management, credit products, online banking platform District, accounts, daily banking, client on-boarding, KYC, and more.

You will become an integral part of the customer centric value chain and get to know Danske Bank’s offering model to our largest corporate and institutional customers. You will have an opportunity to utilize your communication, work coordination, problem-solving, and creative customer orientation skill set.

You will report to the Head of Client management Lithuania.

You will:

  • Have a full ownership of your team and we expect you to be willing to go an extra mile to empower and motivate the team to provide top notch customer experience
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the customers of Danske bank and with multiple internal stakeholders, develop customer satisfaction-oriented stakeholder relationships
  • Be able to navigate in the complex organization utilizing excellent interpersonal and good relationship building skills
  • Be a sparring partner to our internal stakeholders to optimize our customer solutions
  • Be a reliable point of contact for your team members and stakeholders within the area and beyond
  • Participate and deliver in our transformation efforts and other projects in Client management area

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3720 EUR to 5580 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
