In this position you will:
- Participate in talent acquisition process: manage full cycle of candidate selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding
- Drive development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain HR information records and handle personnel related documentation
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations, support and advise on employee relation issues in compliance with labour law and company policies
- Contribute to performance management processes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize events
- Drive employer branding initiatives
- Take an active part in ensuring effective internal communication
- Organize training & development initiatives to help our people grow
- Take an active part in implementing other HR projects and initiatives
We are looking for a colleague who has:
- 2+ years of experience in HR and/ or Recruitment field (experience in IT recruitment would be considered as an advantage)
- University degree
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and collaborating personality
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
