Join fast growing Investment Intelligence Finance Team whose primary focus is to engage with II leadership as a strategic and decision-making partner. Help achieve revenue and margin growth by delivering timely, insightful analysis and driving profitability while maintaining financial order and accuracy.

As Senior Business and Finance Controller you will be responsible for expense reporting, planning and analysis processes within Investment Intelligence business unit, providing insight and transparency into direct and allocated expenses for business leads in support of our overall P&L management process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform expense month-end close and planning process from securing input through reporting, data analysis and presentation to senior management;
• Develop accurate, timely and comprehensive financial reports for business partners and management. Provide insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenges;
• Identify opportunities to improve the consistency and accuracy of the financial information;
• Cooperation with business partners and management on financial evaluation and analytical support;
• Responsible for performing special projects to improve financial process efficiency and performance;
• Coordination of various ad hoc requests/tasks within area of responsibility to management and business partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or other relevant field;
• 2-4 years of working experience;
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, thorough and well organized;
• Able to utilize strong analytical skills, ensure accuracy, research and correct errors;
• Ability to be flexible, adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas) is required; experience with BI tools (QlikView, Tableau or Microsoft Power BI) is a plus.
• Alterx, Knime knowledge is a plus

Monthly salary (Before Taxes) from: 2400 Eur (final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience), other bonuses apply.

A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
