Job description:
- Preparation and implementation of HR procedures and processes;
- Supporting managers in recruitments for various positions;
- Supporting managers in onboarding, strengthening, motivating and retaining the team;
- Preparation of HR related documentation, system administration and control;
- Monitoring and tracing personnel’s duty time and provide information for payroll calculations;
- As well as, working on other HR-related projects.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field;
- Work experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist / HR Specialist / Recruiter;
- Work experience in creating, developing and implementing HR processes;
- Fluent English for free communication with international teams;
- Analytical skills and ability to process a large amount of information;
- Ability to implement solutions based on HR trends and successful practices;
- Personal skills that would help working in a dynamic environment.
