Job description:
- Drafting, revising and coordination of the contracts and other legal documents of the company;
- Advising of colleagues on legal issues related to the activities of the company;
- Supporting legal team members with daily matters in corporate, contractual, labor and energy law fields;
- Coordination of various legal issues related to daily activities of the company.
Requirements:
- Have degree in Law (or last year student);
- Having experience in the areas of corporate law, contract law, public procurement and/or energy law would be an advantage;
- Have motivation to learn, like challenges and team work;
- Have analytical skills and strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills;
- Have high ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to proactively pursue goals and complete tasks;
- Work in line with deadlines and effectively manage time;
- Have excellent communication and writing skills;
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian.
