IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

Are you passionate about computer systems? Do you like solving IT issues, helping colleagues and solving technical issues?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Provide a central point of Onsite Support for all internal end-users;
• Solve, assign and track hardware and IT related requests;
• Follow Bank's regulations and procedures;
• Mobile phone ordering and support;
• Use your technical competence and knowledge to solve employees incidents;
• Correctly register IT issues and find possible solutions.

What is needed in this role:

• Fluent in Lithuanian;
• Have great communication skills in English;
• Are curious about computer systems and have a general knowledge about troubleshooting, installations (software, apps);
• Like to communicate with people and work in a team;
• Are initiative and willing to help others;
• Well organized person and have administrative skills;
• Have experience in supportive function.
