Area Manager in Custody Lithuania

Custody Lithuania is managed by Area Manager who is responsible for local Custody product and related services like securities account maintenance, asset safekeeping, settlements and asset services.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Participate in industry activities in Lithuanian market to safeguard Swedbank’s and its clients’ interest in the area;
• Fulfil custody product owner responsibilities;
• Ensure quality, efficiency and compliance of the product and related product documentation and agreements;
• Support the development and maintenance of the product;
• Actively contribute to maintenance and development of the product;
• Collaborate with internal and external counterparties both locally and internationally.

What is needed in this role:

• Very good understanding of the Securities Services business;
• Experience in Custody area is advantage;
  
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal;
  
• A mindset that is open to changes and constant adjustments;
  
• A true team player spirit with great collaboration and communication skills;
  
• A university degree (preferably business or finance) or a great reason for not having one;
  
• BFAA Mifid IIP license (or to be acquired within reasonable time).
