Investment Product Manager has overall responsibility for development and maintenance of investment products and process, as well as provision of support function to sales advisors and other Investment & Pension Products Team members. Position assumes e excellent understanding of investment products and products` role over customers` life-cycle. As this role has large number of s ta stakeholders and counterparties, excellent cooperation skills are clear must for the position.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to development of investment products domain vision and roadmap in line with Luminor strategy
    • Take ownership for end-to-end investment products business process design and process efficiency
    • Own the product systems, driving development and ensuring professional vendor relations and support where needed
    • Ensure sound compliance by developing high quality 1st line of defence for investments area operational and regulatory risks in cooperation with key stakeholders
    • Actively contribute to target products and offering portfolio definition
    • Assure all necessary ongoing support for stakeholders and colleagues
    • To follow financial markets and be up to date with market developments
    • Follow market practice in Investment products area and develop ideas for execution

 

Skills and experience:

  • 3-5 year previous experience on area and/or exceptional knowledge of Investment products and Investment advisory and related regulation
  • Higher education preferably in Economics, Business Management, Finance
  • Full proficiency in English and Lithuanian
  • Exceptional knowledge of Investment and pension products, investment advisory framework and related regulation
  • Ability to translate business thinking into IT language
  • Strong interest in finance and technology area
  • Being capable to work simultaneously with a number of stakeholders
  • Skill to manage complex systems and tasks
  • Flexibility, openness to change with customer focus
  • Readiness to take ownership
