Better requires process discipline and simplification

You will be responsible for the global strategy of the service and transactional messaging across the Western Union products and services. You will be expected to lead the team that will optimize existing service messaging templates to improve customer experience and drive business growth. You will also be leading the development of the data model within the Salesforce Marketing cloud as well as the integration with upstream systems. As a leader, you will be managing multiple stakeholders across the organization to drive the progress of the project and alignment between teams.

This is a detailed and dynamic role for which you should have a university degree in a relevant field as well as a minimum of 7 years of experience in campaign/ project/ account management, preferably within an automated CRM Solution software environment. You will have experience in building/executing marketing campaigns and knowledge of HTML/SQL (preferably intermediate/advanced). You will have excellent project management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects. Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. We expect you to have excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills as well as fluency in written and spoken English. Being analytical and highly organized, attentive to details and customer-centric is expected.

The annual gross base salary range is 50,117 – 83,528 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
