What You Will Do:
-Manage workflow in finding props, costumes, coordinating set design teams and the direction of all talent during the production;
-Collaborate and work closely with Producer and Senior Coordinator;
-Work closely with the team to meet production and delivery deadlines;
-Create time-efficient and effective workflow processes;
-Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines;
-Work closely with directors - helping them to fulfill their creative ideas and manage their filming schedules;
-Manage actors - hiring, organizing their filming timeline;
-Assist in securing production locations and look for additional crew members if necessary.
What We Expect:
-To have experience in television or film/video production is a plus;
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
-Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
-Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel;
-Excellent attention to detail.
