Are you passionate about governance, regulatory framework, reporting, coordination and negotiation? Risk Framework and Analytics is a department within Risk Baltic Banking with the main responsibility for coordination, guidance and alignment with regards to Baltic Banking Risk governance processes and framework, as well as maintenance of Pillar 3 reporting.

With us, you have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate, update and adopt internal framework in risk area.
• Support in preparation of answers to supervisors on topics addressed to Risk Baltic Banking.
• Coordinate and ensure preparation and approval of risk management and capital adequacy reports (Pillar 3) for Baltic countries. Be responsible for the translation of the Pillar 3 report to local language.
• Participate in Baltic Banking Risk related projects and activities.
• Share know-how, providing support and advice, being a competence center to other units on governance and framework matters.
• Performing other functions and duties assigned to the department.

What is needed in this role:

• Good cooperation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess and initiate relevant actions independently, undertake responsibility for you own deliverables and contribute to the team’s result. 
• Ability to see the overall picture and at the same time capture the details, accuracy. 
• Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. 
• Understanding of supervisory requirements and expectations. 
• Ability to use Office software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) on a good level. 
• Project management skills and high degree of stress tolerance.
• University degree in the field of economics, finance, legal or other fields.
• Experience (1-2 years) in financial area will be considered as advantage.
