Join our team as a Specialist in Loan Disbursement & Maintenance team!
Luminor’s Loan Processing Unit is looking for a new team member in Loan Disbursement & Maintenance Team.
Loan Processing Unit is a part of the Operations Department. We are responsible for processing credit operations in timely manner and in highest quality. We reach out to create a positive experience for the customers each time we have a chance. At the same time, we develop our processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs of existing and future customers.
Responsibilities:
- Produce defined high-quality services efficiently and according to SLA on one or several products within functional area
- Solve independently typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity
- Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions
- Contribute to improvement of work processes and improve customer service quality by proposing changes and suggesting ideas
- Register and disburse loans in Bank systems for private and/or corporate customers
- Booking collaterals, execute Loan monitoring activities
- Solve and reply questions about bank products according to bank rules.
Additionally:
Execute other important functions related with unit’s activities according to requests, bank’s requirements, etc.
Skills and experience:
- Degree in business, finance, mathematics or banking
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
- High responsibility, preciseness and accuracy
- Good communication and self-expression skills
- Strong customer focus, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude and result orientation
- Good computer skills.
