Join western union as a Senior IT Operations Center Specialist.
In this role, you will be a part of the Western Union Enterprise Technology Operations Center Team (ETOC), which provides monitoring, 1st, and 2nd level application support, and Major Incident management services to the organization. You will learn to troubleshoot Western Union applications and support many partners that are using them across the globe. You will be testing production changes, coordinating with other support teams, performing configurations, and working with a variety of tools and teams.

Requirements:
• Problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
• You should have some experience in customer service, IT operations, or another customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment would be desired.
