We are looking for a Supply planning team manager. If you are looking for a position where you can impact the end-to-end supply chain process as well as drive performance and development within your team, then this role is for you:  

Responsibilities:

• Process transfer to newly created center.
• Support the team to manage orders by purchasing and settling with suppliers or warehouses
• Ensure the best stock level possible.
• Support the development and deployment of Supply Planning policy and strategy.
• Day to day contact with customer support manager, supply managers, and product managers.
• Drive and improve the new process and new projects.
• Work on reaching companies ’KPIs, such as stock level and products in time measurement.
• Work with the latest ERP technology.

As a leader:

• Be an ambassador of the best practices within the team. 
• Be a part in recruitment process to create new team of supply planning specialists.
• Lead the supply planning specialists’ team, manage their performance through KPIs and always provide the right support and development plans for them to professionally grow.
• Be the main point of contact for the team and lead communication for stakeholder management, customers’ support managers.
• Effectively plan to anticipate problems, plans for worst-case and best-case scenarios.
• Manage and deliver proposals for organizational change e.g. restructure, overhead reduction, increasing team capability.
