Better starts and ends with the customer

You'll work for our Digital Risk division, within the Digital Fraud Monitoring Team and will monitor newly developed fraud patterns, perform analysis of high-risk transactions, and determine if transactions are fraudulent. We'll look to you to use your meticulous eye for detail to conduct real-time analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known digital fraud patterns. You will also identify newly developing fraud trends and prevent customer losses, assessing and recommending risk decision rule changes to manage new fraud patterns.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in fields such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business (or equivalent) or you should have working experience in at least one of the following areas: fraud monitoring, risk assessment, finance, compliance or statistics. Also, you need to have knowledge of SQL programming and be advanced in using MS Excel. You must have experience in analysis and reporting, good skills in customer service, be confident in making instinctual and logical decisions with little to no supervision, and be willing to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays). We have to offer shifts either from 17:00/19:00 o'clock or from 22:00 o'clock.

The annual gross base salary range is 18,371 – 28,921 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
