Description
Join us in our journey making Swedbank more proactive, more personal, more dynamic and more customer centric. You will take an important role in developing our future Marketing Automation system (Pega Marketing) by transforming business needs into requirements for development team.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Translate business needs into solution/requirements for development
- Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
- Detail and verify backlog items
- Quality assurance (acceptance testing) of developed features
- Drive and coordinate new developments with relevant stakeholders and affected development teams
- Continuously update existing documentation for the services
- Plan and estimate the work together with the team
- Work with incidents and maintenance management
- Ensure, that solutions we develop create maximum value for the bank and the customer
- Experience in IT, project management or analytics
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Mathematics or IT
- Structured thinking and ability to work with complex issues, self-motivation and proactiveness
- Interest in customer journey and interaction processes
- Good understanding of banking business and vision how data can improve it
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, ability to visualize and document requirements
- Good knowledge in both written and spoken English is required since this is the daily working language
- Experience in Agile work is an advantage
- It is beneficial if you previously worked in digital marketing and/or have marketing automation experience
