Job description:
- Monitoring of training progress for Part-CAMO / PART-145 personnel and checking training completion as well as additional training necessity;
- Filing and maintaining Part-CAMO / PART-145 personnel training records in computer system;
- Updating data in Training Validity file and/or computer system in timely manner;
- Ensuring appropriate updating, identification, legibility, storage, protection, archiving and retrieval of Training records;
- Providing trainees with all necessary training documentation;
- Tracking the expiry dates of training/ checking to ensure that Part-CAMO / PART-145 personnel receive necessary training;
- Preparing Part-CAMO / PAR-145 personnel training plans and execution of them;
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and positive attitude;
- Ability to work in team and individually;
- Accuracy, attention to details;
- Written and spoken English.
