This tribe is indirectly maintaining the world to be a better place. We care about our customers and society’s well-being by reducing financial crimes. If you are interested in changing financial crimes with modern, highly automated processes, then AML Review Tribe is the place.

You will be part of IT and business experts in their field working in an Agile mindset.

You will:
- Develop IT solutions based on .NET and cloud technologies
- Applying the latest development practices and software design patterns.
- Ensuring long-term scalability, robustness, and performance.
- Working in an agile & collaborative manner within internationally distributed teams.
- Responsibility and ownership of what you do
- Mentoring younger colleagues
- Facilitating technical discussions and workshops
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in .NET platform (preferably C#)
- Experience in messaging brokers (i.e. RabbitMQ) is an advantage
- Good understanding of the development process
- Able to make a technical decision and take responsibility
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (i.e. Openshift, Azure, etc.)
- Focus on quality and enthusiasm for doing things right
- Can-do attitude, attention to details
- Ability to work both in the team and individually
- Ability to learn from experienced colleagues
- Experience working in the Financial sector is an advantage
- Good English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
