YOUR TASKS
- Schedule and manage complex procurement procedures with the aim of achieving high availability while simultaneously optimizing stock levels;
- Planning, controlling and monitoring complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased part according to requirements and schedule;
- Defining and guaranteeing economical order quantities according to given planning rules. Updating logistics material master data, taking into account defined targets (e.g. safety stock level) for purchased parts in agreement with internal posts;
- Checking safety stock levels, batch sizes, lead times and correcting the stored data. Responsibility for the stock levels of a complex parts spectrum. Triggering orders and deadline inquiries. Monitoring delivery dates (deadline follow-up, guarantee), involving the internal posts responsible. In difficult deadline situations, initiating escalation if necessary;
- Preparing complex solution measures in the event of supply bottlenecks in cooperation with internal posts, suppliers and the superior if necessary;
- Monitoring Kanban control loops incl. determining all the necessary master and movement data with the aim of realizing the prescribed availability at low stock levels;
- Involvement in projects concerning process changes, participating in sourcing committees and guaranteeing implementation according to the derived measures.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in industrial engineering in the field of mechanical engineering or logistics;
- Few years of relevant experience in supply chain management, operational plant logistics and project management;
- Material planning and process management experience is preferred;
- Knowledge of the MM, WM, and PP SAP modules or similar ERP system would be advantage;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Purposeful and structured work approach, the ability to assert yourself well and a hands-on mentality. A highly committed and proactive attitude.

HELLA Lithuania gamykla pastatyta nuo nulio. Plyno lauko investicijos pranašumai leido pasinaudoti įvairių HELLA gamyklų patirtimi ir gerosios praktikos pavyzdžiais, kaip pvz. naujausias HELLA elektronikos komponentų gamyklos išplanavimas.
HELLA Lithuania gamyklos statybos prasidėjo 2017 m. spalio mėnesį netoli Kauno oro uosto. Praėjus maždaug dešimt mėnesių, 2018 m. rugpjūčio mėn., pradėta pirmoji serijinė elektronikos komponentų, skirtų HELLA apšvietimo padaliniui, gamyba.
Artimiausiu metu planuojama gamybos asortimentą praplėsti elektroniniais sensoriais, aktuatoriais ir įvairios paskirties valdymo moduliais, skirtais Europos automobilių gamintojų produkcijai.
