All development-related work regarding investments in Danske Bank is owned in the Retail Investment Tribe with around 180 members. All work in the Tribe is organized into squads – cross-functional teams of about ten people from business and IT working on a specific mission.
We invite you to join us as a Front-end Developer (Experienced or Senior) on this inspiring journey by becoming a team member in one of our squads.
We currently are recruiting Front-end engineers to several squads, therefore we will be looking for the best match between squads and candidates, based on the type of work done in the squad and candidate’s skills, experience and preferences.
Depending on your experience and knowledge we offer different seniority of the role so don’t hesitate to apply because of not matching seniority mentioned in a job title.
You will:
You will be working closely with experienced Backend Developers, Product Owner, Business and QA specialists to build and maintain solid future-proof Investment solutions in Retail Investment Tribe.
To be more precise your responsibilities will include:
- Work within your enthusiastic squad day-to-day, developing new investment services and features
- Be expected to actively participate in your Frontend Chapter (a technical guild of sorts), to keep up-to-date with the latest tooling, frameworks, and methodologies within the Frontend landscape
- Participate in all phases of application development – from designing & building to deploying, running, and maintaining
- Act with system ownership in mind and take responsibility for ensuring high quality in all solutions – both directly through your work and indirectly through guiding your team members

About you:
A bit about you and your background:
- Solid experience in developing web applications using ReactJS
- Proficiency in key front-end development technologies – HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, ReactJS
- Aim to learn and apply React-Native knowledge (If you already have experience with React-Native – we will consider this as an important benefit)
- Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of software design patterns
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment workflows
- Experience working agile in close collaboration with business and designers
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
