Role/Responsibilities
- Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
- Part of a team that provides crucial sales support to ensure premium delivery of customer service
- Prepare materials for customer meetings and support meeting follow ups.
- Complete sales process admin in Salesforce
- Research and market intelligence
- Support promoting Moody’s ESG offering and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market
- Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
Direct customer interaction - Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections team
- Actively contribute to special projects and ad-hoc initiatives/campaigns
- Support and train other team members and new joiners
Qualifications
- Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- Fluent in English and Russian (verbal and written skills)
- Previous experience in the financial services industry in business development, sales or client relationship role is desirable
- Solid working knowledge of Capital Markets and ability to consistently apply knowledge to their existing role
- Understand main financial instruments, key characteristics and dynamics of capital and credit markets
- Able to read financial statements to identify financial needs and understand financial strategies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Stakeholder management and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team
