We are looking for a new addition to our GDPR Support team to be responsible for providing help and supporting colleagues across our organization to assess and document personal data processing activities according to GDPR requirements. The role involves various tasks and activities related to personal data protection and privacy risk assessments and focuses on handling employee requests for process documentation and assessments. You will work with colleagues at different seniority levels across our organization and build a professional network across countries. We believe that this position is an great place to expand your professional competencies as you will have great diversity in cases and tasks daily.
You will:
- Support business colleagues in maintaining of personal data processing documentation and provide relevant trainings if needed
- Consult business colleagues in conducting privacy risk assessments – Privacy Threshold Assessment (PTA) and Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
- Be a part of one-point-of-entry for requests related to personal data processing documentation and privacy risk assessments
- Perform other GDPR tasks that might occur along the way
- Participate in developing and optimizing processes, practices, and tools
- Collaborate with other international and local teams in the bank
About you:
- Knowledge working with GDPR would be a significant advantage
- Experience working in an international/global shared service center would be considered an advantage too
- Ability to operate effectively in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with different people and able to explain complex information clearly
- Higher education
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
