As Office Administrator you will provide administrative support for department managers or staff of administrative details. You will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the office reception and performing various administration support tasks including support for the Leadership team. Main tasks would be: vendor & invoice management, presentation preparation, meeting scheduling & organizing for leadership teams, follow ups on outstanding topics from management meetings, assistance with internal process creation and management, running of day to day office operations and many other admin related tasks.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity and reliability.
  • Professional and self-motivated.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Resourceful, work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
