What you will do:
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups;
- Customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, etc.;
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards;
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing;
- Providing training and support for our users. Preparing documentation for system enhancements and customization;
- Working closely with Salesforce to troubleshoot issues and cases;
- Supporting and enforcing the maintenance of data quality within the system;
- Manage Salesforce.com releases, noting any functionality that we could use to improve processes;
- The first line of support for our users.
What we expect:
- Preferred background and functional experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, we are open to the level of experience;
- Detail-oriented and organized, with demonstrated ability to establish priorities and achieve results with strong communication skills;
- Solid decision-making skills in the face of imperfect data;
- Ability to work well individually and within a cross-functional team;
- Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning;
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment, and to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
