What You Will Do:
- Ensure group tax compliance in Lithuania and globally;
- Manage and design group tax compliance and report processes and controls;
- Develop solutions for potential tax issues;
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, collaborate with relevant teams to implement necessary changes;
- Provide tax related support in various projects (business expansion, cross-border transactions).
What We Expect:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a tax field (either at a large accountancy firm or law firm, and/or in-house);
- Experience working with both direct and indirect taxes would be an advantage;
- A university degree in Finance, Business, or relevant area;
- Strong spoken and written Lithuanian and English;
- Hands-on approach;
- Strong analytical and research skills;
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
