Currently we are looking for TRANSPORT COORDINATION EXPERT (FRENCH)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all transport activities in alignment with our Service Level Agreements (SLA) towards the Commercial, Production and Procurement organizations
- Responsible for delivering on a broad spectrum of transportation management activities, including delivery planning, transportation call-offs, on-time delivery execution, optimum carrier selection, shipment cost calculation, handling carrier invoices and month end closure related tasks.
- Responsible for supporting the team in transport management area and providing basic operational trainings for the new joiners within the team
- Engage in transport management related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Responsible for delivering excellent transport services to meet the requirement of the customer and within your team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Diligently follow up on complaints using the appropriate tools
- Build and retain good relationship with stakeholders
- Take independent responsibility for daily tasks and proactively take on additional roles and responsibilities (e.g. subject matter expert (SME))

Profile
- Fluent/native in French and English
- Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
- Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
- 3+ years of experience with customer service and/or supply chain operations is preferred
- Based in Vilnius or willing to relocate

Salary range
We offer salary from 1860 Eur to 2780 Eur/month gross (before taxes).
