Job description
- Searching for potential corporate clients and offering innovative IT services (electronic data interchange - EDI).
- Advising existing customers, analyzing their business requirements, understanding their objectives and critical success factors.
- Managing sales throughout the sales cycle: establishing contacts, making offers, negotiating, closing deals, starting up the tasks for IT Project Managers, confirming that the service is up and running, helping to onboard customers’ partners.
- Customer communication through direct email, website, blog and events (seminars, conferences, lectures).
- Documenting customer information in a CRM system (preparing offers, contracts, memos etc.).
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent to it, in the fields of trade, logistics or economics.
- At least 3 years experience in B2B sales.
- Proficient Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Category B driver’s license.
- Experience in IT solution sales would be considered as an advantage.
- Real life knowledge, strong personal contacts network in Lithuanian supply chain sector would be considered as a benefit.
