RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a hiring strategy and implementing the overall recruiting strategy: job postings, screening calls, interviews;
• Grow a team of high performing in-house recruiters (headhunting, networking, and proactive search);
• Research Local and Global Employee Branding trends;
• Cooperate and grow together with team leaders, sharing best practices in recruitment and people management;
• Implement recruitment products and strategies to enhance our business globally and assess the market potential;
• Support the organization in other fields of recruitment and internal/external communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous recruitment experience in a similar international role;
• Knowledge and previous experience in the digital media/aviation sectors are beneficial but not essential;
• Strong analytical abilities and result focus;
• Excellent Lithuanian, English skills (both written and spoken), presentation skills, creativity;
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment, marketing techniques and best practices;
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines;
• Computer and modern business literacy.
